The Greens Norton, Bradden & Duncote 50 Plus club was founded in 1983 with the objective of promoting recreational and educational activities for the members and to work with other village groups in promoting a community spirit and environment for all villagers. Or to put it in a simpler form, to promote a good social environment for members and villagers to learn new things and enjoy their time in the village.

On the first Monday of the month we hold a formal meeting which starts with a short club business section followed by refreshments and then normally a guest presenter. The meetings last 2 hours.

In addition we also hold a "Summer Lunch" and a "Christmas Lunch" for all of the members. Summer lunch is normally held in the Community Centre while Christmas lunch is held at a local venue.

Our membership is around 100 but we are always looking to welcome new members. If you are not sure come along to one of our first Monday meetings and meet the members, you will be most welcome.
